General Conditions of Use
CURRENCY & TAXES
Find Your Funk operates from Australia and by default trades in the Australian Dollar (AUD$). When selecting Australia as the shipping country, all prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), the GST component of product pricing is summarised at checkout. All orders outside of Australia exclude any government taxes. Upon product checkout completion and successful payment, the transaction is finalised and closed. Each individual transaction is a once off charge and does not form part of any ongoing payment commitment or schedule.
OTHER FEES & LEVIES
Where a Paypal currency conversion is required, you may be charged a cross-border conversion fee by Paypal, please refer to the Paypal User Agreement - Fees Policy for further information. Where Find Your Funk provides the currency conversion built into this website, determined by country selection, you may not be charged by Paypal for a conversion fee. International orders only (outside Australia) are subject to a 10% handling fee and is built into product pricing. See currency conversion rates header below for more details.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Find Your Funk and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. To unregister your members account at Find Your Funk, send your request to us, you will be notified by email upon the successful deletion of your account records. By signing up to our membership program you agree to and understand that you may receive email communications from Find Your Funk. To unsubscribe to our email communications, reply to any of our emails with the word 'unsubscribe' in the subject line, your details will be removed from our routine communications database. Unsubscribing will not deactivate the email communications from Find Your Funk relating to any customer initiated enquiry or standard order placement notices. Registering to become a member at Find Your Funk does not form any part of a legally binding contract or agreement and that at any time, you agree and understand Find Your Funk reserves the right to modify, restrict, remove or terminate any and all beneficial conditions or offers that registering to become a member at Find Your Funk grants you.
PRODUCT SAMPLES
All sample purchases are restricted to one per product type per customer. It is important to Find Your Funk that all our customers can access and order special offers available online. This Policy is intended to ensure that any customer does not use our services or products in an excessive, or where it is considered by Find Your Funk as an unreasonable, manner specifically relating to products where a sample is available for purchase. Excessive and unreasonable activity may impact the reliable operation of our website and the availability of special services or products to all customers at Find Your Funk. Generally, legitimate use of our services and products for their intended retail purposes for which they are supplied to you will not breach this Fair Play policy. All samples come in either a 3g pot or 3g spray bottle dependent on product context. The product sample within the pot or bottle can be between .05g to 3g in volume. Upon purchasing a sample, you agree and accept that Find Your Funk is unable to guarantee specific product volume, as the sample is provided primarily to demonstrate for our customers the colour, texture, smell and ingredient compound. Samples are ineligible for refunds and returns, please select your samples for purchase carefully. The samples available at Find Your Funk are created to order and for immediate use only. Keep refrigerated and appropriately dispose of samples, specifically containing liquid content, 5 days from receipt. Find Your Funk reserves the right to refuse service and issue a full refund for orders that are considered excessive or unreasonable on products purchased identified as being covered by this Fair Play condition in our policy. Gift wrapping is not available for samples.
SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

However, Find Your Funk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Find Your Funk is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Find Your Funk within 14 days in an unused condition for refund. Images on this website may not be representational of the product supplied, and may vary. Specifically relating to product colouring, customers are also eligible to return products purchased for refund where the colour representation of their pc monitor or smartphone subsequently fails to match the colour supplied. VOUCHER COUPON REDEMPTION
All valid voucher coupons are redeemed via the checkout page only. Invalid coupons will not be honoured. Only one voucher code can be used in any single transaction. Voucher coupons can be used more than once during the validity period. The voucher codes are unrestricted and can be used by anyone. Voucher codes can be used without FYF Membership. The Voucher coupons are a once off discount offer and do not form part on any ongoing permenant discount agreement between the customer and FYF.
CURRENCY CONVERSION RATES
This website utilises live currency conversion rates at the time of country selection via either the main menu or at checkout. This website processes currency conversions using wholesale exchange rates. Product & services available through Find Your Funk may vary from time to time, dependent on the currency exchange rate at the time of country or currency selection. This website's default comparible exchange currency rate is based on the Australian Dollar($). Find Your Funk cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rates used by the third party built-in API. You should confirm current rates before making any transactions that could be affected by changes in the exchange rates.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Find Your Funk, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Find Your Funk or its associates.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Find Your Funk. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. FRAUD CONTROL POLICY
All purchases in a single checkout session are capped at a predetermined amount for customer financial security purposes. Automatic refunds are issued on any amount above the predetermined spend cap limit. Please contact us if this has occured to your order. Find Your Funk will never ask you via any form of communication for any of your financial information, other than via PayPal online at checkout when you shop at this website. Our customers' financial security is our priority. Never share your financial details with any unsolicited individual or company claiming to be from or representing Find Your Funk.
